At VORO, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, which includes reliable and timely shipping across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: We prioritize swift processing, with most orders dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Weekend & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification with order details. After dispatch, you’ll also receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Express Shipping (Nationwide): Rs. 200/- flat rate across Pakistan.

  • Shipping is free on selected promotions or order values (if applicable and announced).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to be updated by the courier.

Shipping Delays

We always aim to deliver on time, but unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Public holidays

In such cases, we will keep you updated and assist in tracking your order until delivery.

Shipping Issues

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team at customer.care@vororetail.com. We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is either replaced or refunded.
